Southampton

Southampton is a premier waterfront destination offering modern city living, miles of sea and country views and centuries of history.

The Southampton Team

If it's vibrant urban living you're after then Southampton has it all, bars and clubs, a state of the art shopping centre, theatre, music and dance and of course restaurants. You can taste locally caught dishes al fresco on the waterfront or worldwide cuisine in the city's restaurants. Southampton also offers a variety of outdoor pursuits from world class sailing to rugby and hockey, as well as a state of the art fitness centre and diving complex.

Southampton rightly earns itself the title of the 'Green City' with magnificent Central Parks and numerous commons and open spaces creating havens of calm and tranquillity in the heart of the city.

Accommodation in Southampton is plentiful and affordable with brand new apartments and shared housing at much cheaper rates than central London, and all with easy access to transport links and facilities. Southampton is also home to an airport that flies to destinations all over the UK and Europe and is serviced by low cost airline, FlyBe.

Central Southampton is not the only place to stay though, nearby is the city of Portsmouth and there is also links to Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover.

Southampton, and Hampshire as a whole, is one of the most vibrant and fastest developing parts of the UK and there are a host of opportunities available to anyone that likes to think "outside the box"!
