There are fantastic rail links to Durham City, with its famous Cathedral, restaurants, bars and University, a must see. Darlington is the home of the Steam engine, designed by George Stephenson, and also boasts a great shopping centre and bars. Teesside also benefits from having its own International Airport so travel around the world is on your doorstep.

The rail links are also excellent for Newcastle (approx 30mins) and London (approx 2.5 hours) so visiting other parts of the UK can be easily undertaken. Accommodation is good value and salaries are also very competitive, with work readily available the North East is a very favourable location to settle in.
